BWH is an empowerment health programme for women and girls from African, Caribbean and Asian backgrounds.
Founded by The WILDE Foundation and working partners, Maendeleo Services and CAM Women and Girls Organisation, BWH is dedicated to helping our community members reach their peak level of health, happiness and productivity. We want to enable our community to take an active part in their well-being and overall responsibility for their improved health and wellness.
The inspiration for BWH came from Health Story Teller Hasna DeFour and the late Rhona Baker, AKA Bionic Rhona, activist, DJ and the people’s champion.
BWH vision is to get our health programme CPD accredited and to encourage women to move to the next level of personal wellness and vitality, which is needed to thrive in today’s hectic and fast-paced world of work and family.
